Attorney Adam Gottbetter is Managing Partner of Gottbetter & Partners, LLP and also runs two subsidiary companies: Gottbetter Capital Markets, LLC and Gottbetter Capital Group, Inc. Since 2003, parent company Gottbetter & Partners, LLP has specialized in providing legal services in corporate and securities law, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and compliance, corporate finance, and the reorganization of asset sales and purchases.

Adam Gottbetter founded the two additional financial services companies, Gottbetter Capital Markets, LLC and Gottbetter Capital Group, Inc., to create a one-stop shop for investors. Clients who utilize the financial services affiliated with Gottbetter & Partners, LLC can access guided finance sourcing for bridge loans, PIPEs, convertible securities, and reverse mergers, including Alternative Public Offerings (APOs) and Gottbetter Public Offerings (GPOs). A reverse merger facilitates the going-public process by allowing a private business to merge into a "shell" company that is already traded publicly. Adam Gottbetter's signature products, GPOs, are a form of self-underwritten public offering that allows companies to avoid paying the advance fees required with a reverse merger.

Adam Gottbetter earned a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business and Economics in 1989 and went on to enroll in Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1992. Adam Gottbetter holds membership the American Bar Association and may practice in New York, Connecticut, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
